Privacy policy
How Rhapsody of Realities UK handles the details you share with us, cookies and visit counts.
We collect only what you give us through our forms: your name, email address, and (for a free copy) your postal address. We use these details to reply to you, post your copy, send receipts for givings, and, if you agree, share your testimony using your first name. When you send a form we also keep your IP address with it, only to help stop spam.
Cookies
We set one essential cookie, roruk_session. It keeps your form submissions secure and expires when you close your browser. It is needed for the site to work, so it cannot be switched off.
We remember your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage, so we do not ask again on every page.
Visit counts
We count visits to understand which pages help people. This uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. For each visit we record the page, the site you came from, and whether you used a phone, tablet or computer. Visitors are counted with an anonymous code that changes every day, so we cannot follow you from one day to the next. We do not record your IP address. Counts are deleted after 13 months.
You can switch visit counts off at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. We also skip them if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
Videos
Testimony videos are hosted by Vimeo. Nothing loads from Vimeo until you press play, and we ask Vimeo not to track you.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
